JPMorgan Chase Auto UX / UI Lead Designer.
As part of a strategic collaboration between Vroom and JPMorgan Chase, I led key UX/UI initiatives for Chase Auto’s internal platforms and banking systems. I redesigned core marketplace experiences including search, prequalification, vehicle pages, and loan application flows, focusing on simplifying user journeys and enhancing mobile UX.
I revamped internal tools, streamlined financial processes, and created scalable, brand-compliant design systems. Collaborated with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation aligned with business and compliance goals.
